By using OiaTree, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.

1. Your account

• You're responsible for the info in your account and the content on your public page.
• You must be 13 or older to use the service.
• Keep your password secret — the account is your responsibility.

2. Permitted use

You can use OiaTree for any lawful personal or commercial purpose.

3. Prohibited content

It is strictly forbidden to host or link to any:

• Content unlawful under Saudi or international law.
• Content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination.
• Fraudulent, scam, or misleading content.
• Pornography or content that harms minors.
• Malware, viruses, or phishing links.
• Material that infringes others' intellectual property.
• Spam or click-fraud against the analytics system.

4. Plans and subscriptions

• The Free plan is available to anyone within the limits listed on the pricing page.
• Paid plans (Pro and Business) renew monthly via the OiaPay payment gateway.
• You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then drops to Free.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Our rights

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or delete any account that violates these terms.
• Remove violating content without prior notice.
• Modify or discontinue the service (paid users notified in advance).
• Cooperate with authorities in legal investigations.

6. Limitation of liability

OiaTree is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for:

• Content posted by users.
• Losses due to temporary service outages.
• External links added by users.

7. Reporting violations

Spotted something off? Use the report form. Every report is reviewed by our team.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to users by email.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
